Can they know it was me who asked a question?

I clicked on my friends facebook link to ask.fm. I don't have an ask.fm but I asked him a question but I don't know whether it links back to my Facebook and I did this on my phone but it doesn't show a name.

Unless you have an Ask.fm account, the question will remain anonymous. If you do have an ask.fm, unless you uncheck the "ask anonymously" box which is checked automatically unless you uncheck it, you will ask it using your account name (from ask.fm, nit facebook)
