If you have the time to wait on hold for what might be a VERY long time, Call 1-800-318-0612 for Login Help.

DO NOT USE any other 800#, like someone posted on here previously. That is NOT Yahoo Customer Care, that is a fraud, and Yahoo does NOT charge to reactivate, fix or otherwise work on your account. Seriously. That is a scam. Says so here on one of their HELP pages:

If you can't get anybody by phone, you can try the log-in Help screen:

Or contact them through the HELP page for that purpose:

First link under Quick Links on the RIGHT side should do it, though right now it isn't loading for me. You can also try the Twitter or Facebook links to contact them.
