I need help with my mom?

I recently checked my mom's search history on her computer and now I'm freaked out. She stalks kids from my school. I am 16 and a junior in high school and she has been on every kid in my grade's twitter page. She scrolls through their tweets, she stalks my boyfriends twitter. She sees kids in public and recognizes them from facebook and twitter. I explain to her that its weird and creepy and it needs to stop but all she does is tell me I'm a brat. I've told my friends to put their things on private, and they have, but she stalks people that I don't even talk to at school? do I just approach random people and tell them that my mom frequently checks up on their twitters and facebooks? I'm really just disgusted with all of this to be honest. What do I do?

Your mother has her reasons for what she does, and you do not appear to have asked her. Not, really that it is your business. Does she check YOUR search history (at your age though she should?). It is rather disrespectful of you to check hers.
