Hi Akram Chauhan,

I am Kaveri from the Dell Social Media Outreach team.

This seems to be an issue with the Fan. You can update the BIOS to resolve this issue.

Please find the Link below to update the graphic driver from Dell support website.

Link:- http://dell.to/16dKcJN

1)Enter the Service Tag and press submit button. ( You can find the service tag at the bottom of the laptop on white sticker, it’s a seven digit alphanumeric code which ends with BS or number 1.)
2) Click on Drivers and Downloads.
3) Choose the Operating system.
4) Click drivers and download, select BIOS and install it.

Otherwise, run hardware diagnostics. If all tests are passed, it confirms that the issue is not with hardware on the computer.

- Press the power button to turn on the system
- Press F12 repeatedly or Fn+power until you see boot menu
- Select diagnostic
and wait for the test to complete . In case you get any error please make a note of it.

In case of any further assistance Please feel free to contact me directly by sending a reply to this blog.
We would recommend you do not post your private information on a public forum.

Thanks & Regards
KaveriD
