Why is my ex boyfriend's family all still friends with me on facebook?

I dated my ex boyfriend for about 2 years and we lived together so it was pretty serious. I got along well with his family and he always brought me around them. We weren't super close but they liked me. I dumped him a year ago but his sister, cousin and his mom's 2 best friends are still friends with me on facebook.

At first I assumed they just hadn't noticed they were still friends with me but I know they do. It seems weird because we had an extremely ugly breakup and they all know this. He's also been dating a new girl for several months now but it seems like his family doesn't like her as much but idk.

My ex blocked me on facebook (because he claimed it "hurt" too much to see me on there) but I creeped on him from a friends account. I noticed he put all the pics of him and his gf as public but like no others as if he's hoping I'd see it but again idk. Btw I've been over him for a long time it just seems odd. And tonight his sister posted a video of him playing with her son which brough it all back.

What do you think? Thanks for any input!

I think you are feeling vulnerable and lonely so you are looking back to what was at one time comfortable and family like, and you miss that. You miss that connection. You believe part of you was the best thing for him as everyone in his family still love you.
But you are sabotaging yourself and in danger of entering self pity or going back into that family make believe land where you and your ex really were not the best for each other.
It is the right thing to do to Drop this old life and move on. You need to move on. Even if the ex 's family still want to be friends with you on facebook.
You could block them if it is a hang up for you.
