Have my girlfriend broken up with me?

Me and my girlfriend has been dating for six years and we live together from June 2012 up till her car broke in Aug of 2012 which cause her to live with her grandma because she had a job that was very long distance and her grandma's car was the only convenient way to get to and from the job up until she didn't no longer work at the job due to a layoff. So I just made sure to take a certain amount of money out of each of my check to save up to get her car fix and everything was cool because I would go see her at the grandma's house every time I had a off day from work or I would call up there for her very frequently until one day my girlfriend told me that I couldn't come over to her grandma house due to her grandma saying I come over to much and my girlfriend told me that I couldn't no longer call her grandma's landline ph. due to me calling to much and her grandma complaining about it to my girlfriend and she blocked my number to make sure I don't call there. I wasn't cool about it so I just decided to talk to her on Facebook until I could get her a cell phone which I did and it a gov't ph. so my girl doesn't use it often and we continued to talk on Facebook. Until one day I went 5 or 6 days without hearing from her or getting a txt from her on Facebook so I decided to go ahead and call the landline phone at her grandmas house and asked her if she's ok because I haven't heard from her and she said that she's been working at this seasonal job from 5am till 3 or 4p everyday except Sun and Tues and on top she's goes to school on Mon and tues at night, which causes her to be tired and cranky. So I said ok and I even asked her if our relationship is ok and she replied by saying "if something is wrong with our relationship she would let me know so I accepted that answer and went on with my life. Now here it is a week and a half and I haven't hear from her and now I'm fearing that we might have broken up although she hasn't said or called to confirm that we are, I am still really scare because I love her so much. Some of her clothes and bags full of personal information as well as certain suit cases are still in my apt, so I keep telling myself that if we broke up she would have at least came and gotten her stuff or at least told me something but I really don't know. So I said to myself that if I don't hear from her by Sat night I will go over to her grandma house(I don't have a restraining order or anything) Sunday morning around 9:30 in order to catch up because that is her off day and she is a busy body so I want to catch her before she leaves and ask her if we are still in a relationship. So do yall think we have broken up?

No i don't think she did because i she did she would have drove her grandmas car to your home and took her stuff just the thing is she is really busy so that s probably why she can't call or txt u on fb because she is probably really tired hope your relationship works out hope this helps.
