Facebook account cancellation, also: inactive e-mail.?

Hi! One of my friend's facebook account's password has been changed by someone unknown, and now she cant log in with it, password recovery is impossible, since the e-mail she registered with is no longer active. So she made a new account, but her older profile is still active,
so i'd like to ask if there is a way of deleting the other profile? If so how?

No you can't personally delete it. You will have to contact the facebook security and let them know that someone compromised your account. They will investigate it, possibly suspend the account, and will decide whether or not you will get your facebook account back.
