How does FACEBOOK make money?
I just read that the Facebook creator is worth $4 billion.
Why?
And please, don't simply say "lots of people use it". Duh.

It's free.
How do they get paid?

I just don't get it. - What's their income stream?

The value is simply the market's valuation of the company.

Its revenue model has been doubted by many.

Whilst it is free to use (just like Yahoo, Google etc) people pay to post ads, buy things.

I think many in the financial industry are doubting its revenue stream too.
