all of my incoming emails get sent to the spam folder. Iwant them to be sent to the inbox folder. how do I cha?

All of my incoming emails are being sent to the spam folder. I did not set this preference .I want them all sent to the inbox folder so I can view them properly. How do Iset this or make the changes needed?
