how do i delete the facebook timeline?
a little while ago i seen my friends profiles, with the timeline. i thought it was cool and tried to install it but didnt know how. so i left it alone. today i went to a friends profile and seen it again but this time i found out how to install it. i installed it but now i dont want it because it seems really complicated. it told me that i could take a tour , so i pushed tour but it didnt do anything. i was pushing everything myself and still didnt seem to get how it worked. right now no one can see it but me, so that i can edit it until i publish it. they said its going to publish it on jan 17th but i dont want it to. so is there a way i can delete it. sometimes i hear you can sometimes i hear you cant.

There are actually a couple of hacks out there that will revert it, but at some point, facebook will not support the original feed. Here's some reverting sites:

There's no way to do that. Although for the moment Facebook did not make a clear statement in any of its official pages about how the upgrade would be deployed, and as a consequence there is a lot of false information going around, experienced users know that Facebook upgrades of this size have never been optional.
Besides, there are clear evidences that indicate that there will be no way to go back to the old Profile. Take a look at the article in the source to see what those evidences are. |

There's only one method to remove the Facebook Timeline but some might not like it: http://www.vectorash.ro/how-to-disable-o...-timeline/
But if you want to stick with Facebook you will have to "live" with the Timeline. it's not that complicated, here's an easy to follow Facebook Timeline guide that will take you trough most of the stuff you need to know: http://www.vectorash.ro/facebook-timeline-guide/ |
