Windows 8 Refresh deleted all programs and features?
I was running windows 8 and the windows store hasn't been working at all. I would click it and it just wouldn't open. Neither would any of the apps. So I looked in to the refresh PC to fix the problem. When I clicked refresh it said I had some files missing so I put in the windows 8 DVD and then it worked. So I went through the refresh steps. After that was all done, my screen picture is too small for the monitor, my monitor says generic non pnp monitor, my wifi adapter doesn't seem to get recognized so I can't connect to the internet. I don't have a back up either.
I feel like I'm pretty f**ked
Please help!!!

It sounds like the Refresh didn't fix the corruption issue that Windows had prior to the refresh, but possibly made it worse. I would recommend backing up any personal data such as pictures, documents, videos, music etc, and running the reset option in the advanced startup menu. You can also access this reset option under Charms > Settings > Change PC Settings > (8.1) Update and Recovery (8) General > Recovery, then Remove everything at the bottom of the scroll. This should take a few hours, and make sure your computer is plugged in.
