How do I get my Instagram account back?

I tried logging into my account and this came up I didn't reset my password. Does this means someone hacked into my account. I clicked forgot password but I used a fake email so it didn't work and I don't have a Facebook what do I do?

Instagram may have detected "suspicious activity" and as the box says you need to reset your password.
