how do you get timeline on fb?

i have the timeline on facebook, but my friend cant access it he says no buttons are coming up or anythig, help please?

if they have a smart phone, just update it using that. go the market app

Tell her to google 'Facebook developers' and go to 'Apps' and 'Create a new app'. Then she'll have to fill all kinds of different stuff, tell her to fill most of them, I had to so it would work. And then she'll have to wait for a minute or two and that's pretty much it.
