It may have been accidentally deleted or removed. If you have went to your programs and looked through all the apps, it is gone simply go to your app store and download it again and you will have it back.

If on Android, hold down the search button and search for Facebook to see if it's an installed app. If on IOS go to the home page and swipe left to search. If it isn't installed it may have been deleted.
