Privacy settings help!!!?

So for Christmas I got an IPhone but before I could use it my overbearing dad goes into the restriction settings and does something since there is a password there I do not know what he could do from there. Could he block apps? And if so then when I try to download one of these apps will he get a notice. Can he view my email and Facebook?? The more info the better thanks

Well he's paying for it, so you have to go by his rules. Yes he can put restrictions on it, depending upon your age, I probably would too.
