My iPhone 4 won't turn on?

I charged my phone overnight and when I woke up the next morning, it turned on my phone to check my instagram. I saw a notification that said "Your phone cannot make or receive calls until your phone has been restored". It then turned off and I cannot get it to turn back on. I have tried the hard reset and I have tried plugging it into iTunes, none of which worked

Should I just accept the fact that my phone is gone or is there a way to fix it.

Please help I don't know what to do with my life now. I feel so empty.

Not able to start your phone is not the end of life. I would have suggested HARD Reset which you have already done.

My suggestion would be to get in touch with nearest iPhone service center.
