How do I stop thinking me and my ex will get back together?

A guyI dated for a couple months dumped me last month. I had feelings for him and he already has a new gf. I deleted him off instagram and Facebook but he added me again on instagram. I have this fantasy in my head that we will get back together but I know it will never happen its just all in my head.

Then you have to just try to move on. Meet new people, keep yourself busy, find new things to focus on. And the best cure is time. After a while it won't hurt as much and it will just be a distant memory.

I hope you have better luck than me. I have waited 2 years and two months and has not happened yet. Time will tell but he is already living with his best friends wife and they are not even divorced yet. They emailed each other the 7 years we were married and I still want him back. Crazy ,yes.
