How to tag some body on face book . what is the meaning of this term and how it is done . Does the wall means the timeline /news feed on FB.

What was earlier called the wall is now the timeline..
It stores all the data from when u started ur FB till now in a timeline kind of a fashion.
Tagging can be done in different ways..
Tagging a guy on a pic means its also a pic of that guy..
You can also tag somebody on your status or on a comment in anybody's post by typing @ followed by the first few letters of the names of your friends

When you comment on a post, you can link to someone in your response by following the same steps as above. Comment links create a link to that person's profile and may send them a notification so they can stay up-to-date on the conversation. Delete a comment to remove a comment link.
