How to disable like and comments appearing in facebook friends feed?

When I click like on a post or commented on a post, how can I prevent my actions from appearing in my facebook friends feed?

I went to facebook.com/nike and commented on a post, I then click like on another post. My facebook friend sees both of my actions on her feed, my friends feed screenshot http://www.screencast.com/t/MtCwoQa6N22f

@abraXus add individual people to your restricted list does not have any effect. I tried it but the restricted friend still sees the like and comment on his feed.

there is no way to just turn it off, because that's wthe whole reason for facebook - to share your actions with your friends

the only thing close to what you want is to add individual people to your restricted list

Go to your privacy settings and set to "only me". only you will see what you like and comment on, no one else will.
