Someone has copied my Facebook page name and ideas?

Okay, So I own an edits page:

A few weeks ago, we had some trial admins on to help us with the amount of requests.
We had one admin on and to be quite honest, she was crap and she didn't follow simple rules such as not opening the page messages.
So we removed her.
Now she has made her own page with the same name. (Minus the & symbol) And she's started doing everything we have.
Basically, her page is a duplicate of mine.
I've reported her and have asked all my friends to do so. Me and thirty six other people have reported it as a duplicate but it hasn't been closed down.
What can we do to get her page closed down?
