Do you have to pay extra to use smart phone apps?
I wanna get an android phone for tmobile, do you have to have a certain plan too use apps or is message and talk just ok. I wanna use apps like News, Weather, Sports, Youtube, Facebook, Google, Google maps, Wiki, etc. Please specify what costs what and what you have to do to get it like data plans, internet plans, or some apps work on norm plan, some dont, etc. First intelligent answer wins 10 points. And please dont answer this if you dont know.

Most apps like news, weather, sports, facebook are free because cnn, msnbc, fox news have apps, youtube app, android is made by google so you have a google search right on the start screen, weather, the weather channel, are free etc you'll find a lot of free apps like that.
