what is the best website to contact comedy entertainers like Stand up Comedians, or improvisers?

Im in charge of locating entertainers for a Umass Amherst comedy festival. I need the best location to find some really funny entertainers. I have a good amount of money in a budget to hire someone as well. Also if someone reading this is an entertainer and interested in performing, by all means send me information and I will return the favor. I prefer someone professional, but if you are a skilled amateur, there is no reason you can not perform. you will be paid.
