how found out girl ad her brother whom i talking on phone for marriage are not fraud?

from last three weeks i have done chat with a girl on facebook.one day i said love you to her and she responded but she is dumb so we have done messages to each other on mobile .i have talked to her brother for our marriage and he reacted in yes but when i asked him about her photograph he said yes he will send it to my email id but after 4 days still he didn't send it and i asked him about their address still he didn't give to me which doubt me that they are fraud ,so i want to find out it they are fraud or not how could i found out help me now.
