Did a Facebook friend block me?

I go to search the person's name in the search bar and their name shows up. I click on it, and the page that pops up is, "Sorry, this page isn't available. The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed." So I went to the recent chat history, and clicked on the person's name to open the chat window, their name comes up, but it says that I am not able to reply to the conversation. I refresh the page, and then person's name becomes "Facebook User". Then I proceeded to make a fake account, and sure enough I was able to access the person's page, as well as send them a friend request if I desired to do so. I think that they blocked me, but I just wanted a second opinion.

why, did you made a fake account you know that is totally wrong to do that. facebook team is not dumb they know that someone made a fake account and lied about them personality lifes and who they really are and their birthdays . you will get trouble not only that you will be remove or put on block list where you cant excess anyone on facebook and you wont able see she or his photos and posts on their timeline profiles. that i think why you was on blocked lists . there aint no other way to view others facebook profiles ?
