Facebook doesn't watch all these posts. They wouldn't do anything.

Report it to the proper police authority if it gets reported to them.

Facebook will usually have to wait for a person to report a threat being made for them to realize something is up. Usually afterwards the entire person's page is taken down and if the person does commit suicide then it is given to the police for investigation

I really don't know about suicide on Facebook, but I've answered questions
here in Yahoo Q&A from questions suggesting they think they have no alternative than to commit suicide. I usually answer it in a religious type of answer, and hope I've changed a few minds. |

Facebook as an entity will do nothing. They
have entirely way to many postings. If you see one that you feel is valid. And No one really knows that for sure. You can address the person personally. See if they will open up a little. Advise them to contact their local crisis line. |

Facebook Does Not Watch What is Being Posted On Peoples Profiles Unless Something Gets Reported To Them
If People Post About Committing Suicide the Best Thing To Do Would Be To Try and Help That Person Out Try to Convince Them Not to Commit Suicide |
