I had a dream about my best friend's grandma before I found out she died?

Last night I was on Facebook, and I am friends with my best friend's mom on there, and I saw someone post something on her mom's timeline saying, "I am so sorry for your loss, my condolences are with you and your family." I called my best friend, but she didn't answer, so I texted her and asked her if someone in her family passed away, and if everything was okay. Before she answered my text, I had fallen asleep... And I dreamt of her grandma... In my dream I was over at my best friend's house and I was in the middle of a big crowd of people I knew, then I saw my best friend's grandma in the distance. She looked pale, and sad, and I was instantly excited when I saw her, and wanted to go over and say hi to her. But as I approached her, I felt like something wasn't right. I felt very sad, and hesitant... Right as I made my way over to her, my phone woke me up, and my best friend texted me back saying her grandma passed away... And it was the one I dreamt about... What does this mean? Why did I dream of her before I knew she passed? This was the first time I had ever dreamt of her. I grew up with my best friend, and I have known her grandma ever since I was a little girl. She always loved me and my best friend very much.... Any answers are helpful. Thank you.

The mind picks up on a lot of subtle clues that you are not conscious about. Dreams are the mind sorting things out.

My greatest friend and I are both 16 years old and male. We had been acquaintances in view of the fact that we were 3 and were always together. We went to the equal basic school for kindergarten from side to side 8th ranking. But we went to poles apart high schools. This was OK for a link months and we at rest hung out but January of 2013 we even to not hang out. I am nice-looking sure this is as an ******* who also went to grade discipline with us who also go to my friends high school swayed my friend of hating me since this ******* couldn't position me for his own idiotic reasons. We sporadically talked that January or February but didn't hang out. We talk in late march but that was it awaiting late June when I heard his grandfather died. He didn't tell me, I hear from somebody else. We had a few conversation after that up to impressive. In October he told one of my associates he hated me but he hasn't deleted me on Facebook or on Xbox Live somewhere he keeps little links.
