How do you delete a Facebook account if the account's primary email was deleted as well?

I have a Facebook account that has been inactive for nearly a year. I would still use it, however, it was hacked and because of this I was permanently denied my log in capabilities. I understand how to simply delete an account, but the email that I created the account with has become terminated. This termination means that I can't receive conformation emails regarding the account (major problem) I decided to make another one and thus far no problems have occurred. The problem is I don't want the other inactive Facebook floating around, primarily because it is not set to private and anyone can access it (including nosy family members..yikes.) If anyone has knowledge to contribute regarding my issue I would GREATLY appreciate the input.

If you can access the facebook account, you can change the e-mail address associated with it, and then you can delete the account.
