Would is be illegal to make a FaceBook page for sex offenders in your area to warn people in your community about registered and non registerd (time passed and they no longer are required to) offenders in ones community. Posting pictures and details that are found on public records.
A) I thought you could control all posts and confirm all data submitted.
I personaly don't have the time to do such a thing but a few parents & I were talking about it, so thought I would get others opinions on it.

I don't know if it's legal, but it is borderline unethical.

What if someone made a facebook page about you? And it contained untrue accusations? You would have no control over that page...it's character assassination.
