Please help with sub/amp choices for my car..?

Okay so I've been looking a getting a sub for my Ford Capri.

I want quite a lot of bass but am not obsessed with crazy loud ear splitting bass!
I'm also on quite a tight budget, and so have eventually picked out this 10" sub;

Will this be enough for a decent amount of bass? I am planning on building a ported enclosure to as high a standard as possible!

Also, could someone please suggest an amp for around £60-£80?
