iPhone Facebook video problem?

On my iPad I go on Facebook from the iPad app but for the last half of a day starting last night when I refresh my news feed it automatically switches to the safari and to YouTube.com (not the app for iPad) and plays whatever video was on my news feed last. Is this happening to anyone else??

So it's not my butterfingers doing it. Advertisement maybe. It's annoying! I hope this isn't reoccurring thing because it's using up new windows in safari.

No solution here. Just the same problem, too!
I hope an answer will be forthcoming.
If enough of us get this dumb thing, (virus), it seems somebody knowledgeable might notice and help us out.

It's a bug on Facebook's end. They obviously changed the code for dealing with videos for the release of the upcoming 'official' app which is due to be released in the next week or two. The change broke the version we're all using, but Facebook doesn't care because technically we're not supposed to be using that version anyway. Best options are to just go ahead and upgrade, or use the web Facebook in safari until the new app is released. Don't expect a fix for this version.
