Instagram App help?!?

Hi, I've been recently trying to find this app that all of my friends are using and it's driving me insane! I can't find it anywhere. I have these two apps called Whitagram and Afterlight which are a bit like it. It's basically a photo with a white background, but like the photo has been moved to the side? If you have no idea what I'm talking about have a look at this picture on Instagram:

Can you see how the photo is moved to the far left but there's still white on the side? Sorry, I just really want this app! Have a look at this link too
