i'm weird like that, mine come from the factory only. That way I know for sure who has handled my firearms. They're either locked up or in my possession. And i'm not the type of person to misplace things, and any firearm in my possession gets top priority. A little bit of which I learned in the army, for sure : )

Lets say I do and the gun is stolen. The gun gets taken and returned to the owner. I lose the money I paid for the gun. I try to be careful of how I buy guns so I can be pretty sure it is not stolen.
