You "just happened" to run across this video, eh? Yeah, just like guys who watch child porn only "happened to see it but I deleted it right away".
But yes, it's perfectly legal to record people in a public place. They had no reasonable expectation of privacy, so anyone can record them all they want. It may be unprofessional and indiscreet, but not illegal. Your only recourse is to not shop there anymore.
