This will probably fix your problem.

Set your MTU to 1490. Use DrTCP to do it.
All you need to worry about in the program is the MaxTCP setting in the lower right. Set it to 1490, reboot. Make sure you have your wireless adapter select first!

Have you done a power cycle on your router? Just unplug it from the electricity for about 60 seconds and plug it back in.

Well I get this overload of temporary Internet files, worms, full directories after a while and everything just bogs down, too many resources being used doing nothing you want done. I just reformat my hard drive and re load everythin back on every 8-12 months or so and it runs like new again. Not for the feint hearted

Nothing can be done to speed it up. Your internet provider estimates how many users will be online at a given time. There is no way they could provide access to all the users at once. What you are experiencing is peek times. Numbers of hits on the same sites you surf and natural time outs if you do not get a reply within a given time. Try using it at times when the masses are not all trying to connect like, lunch hours, 5-9pm, weekends etc.

If you can never get a faster connection in off peak times then your system itself it needing to be cleaned out of spyware that runs in the background, reporting your every online habit to an advertiser. Get multiple of these programs running and poor performance because your computer is over run online.

I experienced that last month like you too......But i solve the problem as i found that there is a background software is updating and downloading ..... did you check whether your pc have any background task is running ?

if no , then i suggest that you switch off your modem , and restart it .....(if you have a external modem).....If this still can't solve your problem , follow the step i written maybe can help....>>>

Go control panel > Network and internet > networks connection > double click the internet icon > click support > repair connection > wait and done !

If my solution won't help , you may call your ISP internet provider and ask them .....
