You must be meeting the wrong kind of girls. Why in the world would you want to pretend to be someone so totally fake? You really want to attract girls who like douchebags? Flirty, confident, guys who also have a kind heart are so much hotter that guys who treat women like objects. Don't change your basic personality. Just be more self-confident and outgoing. But stay a nice guy!

Girls are by nature flirty. They like a lot of attention. They also like for a man/boy to be excited around them.
Nice guys are generally boring, shy, and/or conceited, and afraid to take chances/risks.
The good thing about being a nice guy is "knowing when not to be one".

A lot of the douchebags seem like they get a lot of girls because they lie a lot, for one. and second: girls use them for popularity boosts. That means that girls take one of the popularer guys, dates them until a better guy comes along and ditches him. So if you wanna be one of those guys - give the desperate girls lots of attention, brag about stuff you've never done, join a sports team (football or basketball), and be prepared for some short lived fun.
