Some troll on 4chan decided it would be fun to take advantage of stupid teenagers and tell them to cut themselves because Justin Bieber is taking drugs.
Not only is this the stupidest, most disgusting thing I've seen in a while it's utterly disrespectful to people who are truly suffering with self harm and depression.
