That's interesting and unusual. I don't think we're on the verge of another baby name trend, I'd say that this is an isolated incident. Considering the way our society views masculinity and femininity, I'd be surprised if the trend of girls names on boys ever happens. After all, girls being "tomboys" and showing masculine traits is much more acceptable in our society than boys acting feminine, and I think that's why parents think it's "cute" to name a girl Dylan but would never name a boy Elizabeth. Anyway, I would never use the name Julia on a boy, but it's not the worst possible girls name you could use on a boy. After all, the nickname Jules is an option.
