Me and my friend are having a contest to see who can get their middle split the fastest. I need new stretches that help. I know the straddle frog and wall stretch. I need the name of the stretch and the way of the stretch. Thank You for your time!

Racing or pushing yourself AGAINST your body won't work. You need to work with your body, not against it.
