Such a site would so polluted with banners that no serious prospects would bother to visit it.
The quality of prospects an ad brings tend to be proportioned to the ad cost. Successful marketers are most interested in finding ad locations that convert well than 1 cent clicks that only software robots are making.

I am not aware of those sites. Visitors are not interested to visit those sites.

What is the use of posting a free web banner ads on those websites, people wont come and check your banner there.
Try some thing useful better go for paid ads, if you want banner promotions.
