The quality of prospects an ad brings tend to be proportioned to the ad cost. Successful marketers are most interested in finding ad locations that convert well than 1 cent clicks that only software robots are making.

What is the use of posting a free web banner ads on those websites, people wont come and check your banner there.
Try some thing useful better go for paid ads, if you want banner promotions.
