Can someone explain Ebay Bidding to me? - I_Heart_Wesker - 04-08-2014 08:31 PM I will make this question simple. If I want to bid on an item, lets say a jacket thats currently selling for $25 but I put my maximum bid at $40 and win. . . would I then owe the seller $40 or the next closets bid or the starting bid? See, I know this is dumb to ask but I gotta know before I blow some monies on a necklace I may or may not win without doing something stupid. - Jimmy - 04-08-2014 08:40 PM Yes, if the time runs out and you're the highest bidder, you have to pay $40 (plus delivery fee). - maps3333 - 04-08-2014 08:48 PM http://pages.ebay.com/help/buy/basics.html |
