Why am I not allowed to comment on certain blogs? I'm supposed to gain followers for my social media class and our campaigns. Step one is commenting and faving things in random people's blogs, but when I go to one I get really confused by the layouts and most of the time there is no section I can comment in. What's going on with this site?! Why is it like that?

I followed you. And to "like" is the heart. And to comments is the two arrows. I'm bad at explained it, but there are only two arrows. Hope I helped. Also if your comment won't show unless on your own blog.
