My internet is connecting to my hp laptop and the internet browsers on it, but it won't connect to things like the store that comes with the laptop and the sims 3 store while i play the game. any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Hi Kylie. What is the model number of your notebook? What version of Windows is installed?
