I've joined really A LOT of groups and pages. Is there a way to "delete" myself out of them quickly, not one by one?

Although there's no way to remove yourself from all the pages with one single action, this guide will show you the most comfortable way to stop liking multiple Facebook pages:

Go to account>edit friends>pages and you can go down the list to delete them. That's the quickest method

To verify the deletion(s), any remaining will be listed under the "Info" tab on your "Profile" page
