Is there a way to completely get rid of all Facebook pages and groups I've joined?

I've joined really A LOT of groups and pages. Is there a way to "delete" myself out of them quickly, not one by one?

Go to account>edit friends>pages and you can go down the list to delete them. That's the quickest method

To verify the deletion(s), any remaining will be listed under the "Info" tab on your "Profile" page
