I can't see how this is going to help her image. It's quite a silly thing to do really as a role model. Why would she do it? Attention seeking?

Because she can, she's an international popstar and she wants to show that she doesn't give a fuck what people think, she can do what she wants. I've been Rihanna's number 1 fan longer than I can remember and supported her back when she was recording Pon De Replay. I love her so much... RIHANNA NAVY ARMY WOOP WOOP

Because she can. If someone chooses a pop star as a role model, then they will end up a screw up anyway regardless of the pot smoking. What's wrong with weed anyway? It seems perfectly fine to show people drinking alcohol which kills 2.25 million people more than weed does per year worldwide. And as for destroying her reputation, just look at kate moss in the cocaine debacle, really destroyed her didn't it.
