Yahoo answers links are nofollow so they have almost zero effect on seo.
It can give some authority to your website though.

Now a days many companies hire an SEO Professional to do Positive Question & Answers Posting for them by creating multiple account from same IP. I believe we should not use questions and answer sites for creating backlink. Use it for your and other's benefits and accordingly your ranking will be increased accordingly.
