will be deleted without hesitation to make more space. Send this message to all of your friends to show that you are still active and you will not be deleted. if its not all over the internet or on skype's website then its fake

First off it is a SCAM.
No service will ever require its patrons to email others, PERIOD. All communication on something of that magnitude would have be sent to you from a SKYPE Admin with an obvious SKYPE email address, not some letter a friend of a friend received.
