Let her wait a little longer . Don't let the fact that he's your boss' son , influence your decision .

Speak to your daughter and see if she is dead set in making it work and sticking to a relationship. The last thing you want is her to piss off the boy and your boss get funny about it.
Just as a precaution tell your boss.

Ask your bosses permission and support your daughters decision because it may put a strain on your relationship otherwise
