You want to be where your customers are. If your customers are primarily old-school IT professionals, a forum may be more appropriate. If your customers are yuppies, facebook would be the place. A lot of businesses do both (plus Twitter). - Robert - 11-09-2012 10:58 AM I'd say to use a FB group. Many of your customers are likely to be on Facebook already which makes things easier.
